Enjoy two nights in one of our full service hotels, as well as an exclusive guided tour to some of our county's best keep secrets. We will take you in a private coach for an exclusive tour of the historic Santa Margarita Ranch, and afterwards sample wines at its nearby Ancient Peaks Winery tasting room. Then, on to Eberle Winery in Paso Robles where a gourmet boxed lunch will be served along with a guided cave tour, including a behind the scenes look at the wine making process.
Next, we will take you to a working goat farm, where you'll have the chance to make your own cheese and even milk a goat! Finally, immerse yourself in the heady aroma and beauty of a lavender farm. Walk through the fields and see lavender oil made, then taste cookies and lemonade infused with the plant.
Spend your last night relaxing in your luxurious guest room, deciding if in your next life you will be a winemaker, goat farmer, or lavender whisperer.
